Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of unworn, undamaged, and unwashed items in their original packaging within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be in the same condition as when they were received. Please note that sale items are generally final sale and are not eligible for return unless defective.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.
- Items that are not in their original packaging.
- Sale items (unless defective).
- Custom or personalized items.
- Items returned after the 7-day return window.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected] to request a return authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Packaging: Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided in your RMA email. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Confirmation: Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is processed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the cost of return shipping in these cases.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item(s) do not meet the conditions outlined above.
